cant install #83

when i run the install.py file i get

Running cmake with command:
"cmake -G "MinGW Makefiles" ."
and writing results to configure.out.

Error installing: There was a CMake error

and when i try using cmake it tells me the cxx compiler is unkown,
ive tried finding fixes online for several hours but i cant find anything :(
