Ingress always returning a 404, but I dont know why

Hello,

When doing for e.g. a call to my endpoint curl localhost:8081/ticketapi/ticket/get I'm receiving an error 404. I know that error 404 is that the routing cannot be found. But I've no clue on how can I debug my problem or if there is something off in my .yml files.

I'm really new to Kubernetes and Docker and I hope someone can help me solve this issue.

Are you sure that the pod is actually up and running?
Because when I use your manifests, it errors out with the following logs:

$ kubectl logs ticket-deployment-7d6b7b7fd4-78t42 
Unhandled exception. System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'implementationInstance')

Hi, thanks for your reply. I never really tried it after this created topic. However, what you're saying could be correct because the environment weren't set in my k8s files, which could cause the pod not starting successfully.

Besides that, I know now that my ingress controller wasn't successfully configured, which causes the always 404 not found error.
