Investigate the best place for initializing depresolver and consider it as internal

Upgrading to OF 1.0 required moving depresolver. Although code works well, we should check if there is a better place for depresolver initialization. During upgrading we had to move depresolver out of the internal folder. Depresolver is not public package and should go back to internals.
