Freezing kaa: run kaa with a dir and then hit escape.

I found a bug which makes kaa freezing.

1. Run kaa with a dir

Run kaa with argument for specifying a directory:

kaa /tmp/

You see the menu to choice file.

2. Hit the escape key

And then, hit the escape key.
The menu will close and you will be able to do nothing.
The window will display "MainFrame' object has no attribute 'document" only.
