Issues with instructions or echo

Hello,

there is an issue with the package since you migrated to pusher_client. Nothing is connecting or your instructions are wrong.

You state autoconnect to false in the options but i don't see you connecting any other way. Is this correct? Please take a look at my other ticket with the complete code that is producing errors based on your new approach using flutter_client.
