Cannot clear the notifications alert #1031

As a user I want to be able to clear the alerts icon after I have viewed the notifications page so that I know I have viewed my recent notifications.

When I view the notifications page on the app:

2 instances should clear the notifications from an ""active"" state.

Tapping on the link to be redirected to the post
Returning back to the dashboard from the notifications page
