[BUG] No suggestions of most popular tags if # sign is used

Searchbar -> Tagsearch:
#deme no suggestions found. Please remove "#" from the search at popular tags

No, just not working. Again:

In the searchbar the placeholder text says: "# für Tags"
But if you type in "#Dem" -> No Tags are shown

If you only type "Dem" -> then the Tags are shown

In my opinion @navid-kalaei only have to remove the "#"-sign when getting the /most-popular-tags - Endpoint. Do you understand? :D

That's true with # no tags are suggested

• easiest solution: we replace the search hint by "to filter by #hashtags, use the field in the extended filters below" (I can do it in crowdin)
• or as you suggested for the hashtag suggestion the # has to get stripped of
