Make PyCK Pyramid 1.7 compatible

Pyramid 1.7 has quite a few useful features that can be included in PyCK and will allow removal of some of the custom features/workarounds by standard pyramid alternatives.

Go through the change log of pyramid 1.6 and 1.7 and update PyCK accordingly.
