The error with the transaction (Insufficient signer bonds to cover setup fee) is an instance of this closed issue.

The ‘Invalid “from” address’ displayed in the UI, however, is something I haven't seen before. Do you get it consistently?

Oops, sorry about the spam. I am trying to reproduce the "Invalid "from' address error so I can give better documentation. Sorry, I didn't realize I could capture the error log right form the dAPP until now, and I missed saving it when it came up.

No matter what I do, the dAPP crashes on step 2... most of the time it's that closed "signer bond" issue, but, yes, I have seen this one before as well.

I've also seen this other error on step 2 sometimes, I don't know if it's related as well.

I can't tell what the difference is between instances of one error or another. I am doing the same thing every time, as far as I can tell..

I will keep trying and hopefully add some more helpful info...
