add filtering to kendo.Backbone.DataSource

Need to look in to basic filtering capabilities for the kendo.Backbone.DataSource and what implications this has.

This should be fairly easy to do for the Backbone.Collection, since it provides filtering methods for us. Just need to figure out which methods to call, when.
