Right now we can't publish kepler.gl packages and keplergl-jupyter at the same moment,
as github.secrets.npm_token has access only to packages or keplergl-jupyter.

Either

  1. Create two separate npm_tokens in secrets, one with access to @kepler.gl/xxx and one with access to keplergl-jupyter.
  2. Add appropriate owners/collaborators to npm packages, so that we can publish all packages with the same npm_token.
