I have an idea for a feature I would like to implement and would like some sign-off before I do it.
Live games have dropped off substantially from when I played the game.
A common way that lower-population games deal with concurrent user issues is to have scheduled events at a specific time, in order to cluster players together in time.
In order to encourage live play, I propose the following feature:
Each week, a game is scheduled at a specific time. It's the same time and day and settings every week (initially scheduled for whenever the site has the highest concurrent users) - maybe a few on this day so that different TZs can play.
This would simply be a 5-buying 5-minute full-press game, except that it pays out an additional 500(? TBD) points.
Let me know if you need more clarification about what I mean. If I can get some buy-in this is something I could implement by myself.
