On Windows, the address of the central server is randomized each time the server starts for privacy reasons.
Is there a way for bless to report the (random) address it is currently serving on?
Alternatively, is it possible to disable the MAC address randomization (either for bless only or Windows globally)?
Does not seem to be possible on Windows according to microsoft/BluetoothLEExplorer#14 (comment)
