Is there a way to use the portable install of imagemagick to avoid forcing the user to install it?

This would be very useful and also allow for avoiding similar scenarios to #10

Not sure how best the custom application directory path could be implemented. It could be defined per measure but for heavy use of MagickMeter that would add a lot of extra option lines to a skin. If it were OTOH centrally defined, such as by an expected static variable (eg: MagickMeter_Portable_Path) it would probably be more ideal.
