Tusk App GUI not working on my Ubuntu 21.10 #364
Comments
same problem too. ubuntu 21.10. |
Same issue. Ubuntu 21.10. Installed via snap. Removed and re-installed via "sudo snap install tusk". (edit) (edit 2) The .AppImage runs just fine. |
Thank you @adatole. Another way is to simply run "tusk" on your Ubuntu terminal and the GUI will appear after a few seconds. |
I have the same problem with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS |
Had the same issue after upgrading from 20 to Ubuntu 22.04, but after opening the app through terminal ($ tusk), it seems to be working again after showing an error : Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module" |
Describe the bug
Tusk GUI is not responding.
To Reproduce
So after having installed the app from snapstore, the app shows on my app list. However, when clicking on it to start the cursor loads and after time, but eventually it does not show up. The GUI does not pop up as other applications do. Tried running opening it via terminal, still did not work.
Expected behavior
I expect the GUI to run and the app to start on click or on running "tusk" on terminal
