Fonts should be loaded only when necessary. This is particularly true for large fonts such as Egyptian, that has also to be splitted in several files.

As of c73c1cd, this issue is solved for BMP, thanks to the use of a splitting of the Universalia font into several WOFF files (0x400 code points each - four "squares" at medium zoom). It remains unsolved for SMP, and copyright status for universalia is unclear (it is used at least by unicode-table.com).
