The current requirements fix the numpy version to 1.22.0. I think this was because of pvextractor, but then I think this also limits the compatibility to Python 11 and below. Removing pvextractor dependence #91 will probably allow us to loosen numpy requirements.

Sorted with the release of 1.3.1 thanks to @lboschman. No more version restrictions and everything seems to work fine for python 3.9-3.12.
