Describe the bug

在更新沙盒用户等级后，用户等级无法正确更新。刷新页面后：

  • 用户权限会恢复到 1
  • user 表中出现一个新的用户，权限正确
  • binding 仍旧绑定旧用户的权限

Steps to reproduce

创建模板项目，进入沙盒，创建用户，点击加号修改用户权限等级

Expected behavior

用户等级应当正确更改、保存

尝试更新 sqlite 到最新版本，看看是否解决此问题。
