Kart doesn't appear in Add/Remove programs after being install via the QGIS kart plugin #724

Describe the bug
When installed via the QGIS plugin, Kart is not showing in Add / Remove although it works and is visible in program files.

kart is also not available on the PATH

When installed directly via the .msi kart is available on the PATH and able to be removed in the normal manner.

To Reproduce

No kart install
install QGIS and then the kart plugin
open 'repositories' which will trigger an install
check in 'Add/Remove Programs' Kart wasn't listed
check c:\program files and kart is present.

Expected behaviour
Kart should be able to be removed via add/remove

Output

There is no entry for Kart in this registry branch

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
