These libraries are shipped with GHC 9.8. records-sop was thrown out of Stackage Nightly for non-compliance with these versions.

@kosmikus Is this planned or is the library abandoned? Just asking for Stackage planning purposes. This package is shipped with GHC, so if the package is not compatible with these boot libraries, it can't be used for GHC 9.8+.
