Title

Broken Image is appearing after creating Webform and viewing the same.

Issue Description

Broken Image is appearing after creating Webform and viewing the same.

Preconditions

  1. Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Admin -> Settings -> Other Settings -> Webforms -> Create a new Webform
  2. Now after filling all the details
  3. Preview the same.
  4. We can see broken Image.

Expected result

No Broken Image must appear.

I have checked with Fresh installation and issue is still appearing.
