There should not be an exception when user trying to create a lead. #413

CRM Version: V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the leads tab.
3. Try to create a new lead.

Actual result: When the user trying to create a lead then it is giving an exception. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: There should not be an exception when user trying to create a lead.

It is not fixed now,
Please create a new project and then try to create a lead

I had taken a pull from the master. and still, I am getting the same issue.
Please find the below screenshot

After run 'php artisan db:seed' in my terminal .it is working fine.
so I am closing this issue. and I have attached a screenshot for future reference.
