Description
When a user has a GIF set as an avatar, there is no way in FluffyChat to view the animation.
It'd be great if the GIF was a still image by default, but when hovered over the avatar itself in any view, or hovering over a message from a user who has an animated avatar, it would play the animation.

In Element, animations do not play, but you can see the full animation by checking out the user's profile and click their avatar to get a focused view.
In Discord, I believe it follows the same logic that I described. So animating when hovering over the avatar in any location, or in the message view, when hovered over the message from a user with an animated avatar.
Motivation
From personal experience, there are a lot of users from Discord that know about or willing to consider Matrix. Outside the walled garden aspect, such users highly value things the features they're accustomed to paying for like global emotes or animated avatars. This is just to aim for feature parity, and to say that FluffyChat offers something for free that other platforms charge for the user to have the right to do.
