It took me a bit to locate the web client's information. I eventually noticed that it's included as part of the menu that appears when I click my profile icon in the search bar (which I intuitively expect to be a "user menu", not a global menu). It would have been more discoverable if it was located e.g. as a cogwheel icon the sidebar:
Rationale
The global settings menu should be more accessible, and not placed behind a user menu, which I'd expect to contain actions related to my account, profile icon, username, etc.
IMHO, keeping the settings attached to the user menu would only make sense if there was a way to have multiple accounts set up simultaneously in the app, so that the settings (theme, notifications, etc.) could then indeed be per-user — but that is not the case, so the way it is now is just confusing.
