The full details of this task aren't finished yet, but the main idea is to create wandering voxel critters through the world. We will parallelize the movement of all the critters in the update loop with a movement decision and possibly different movement modes.

Will these critters be subject to the laws of physics?

Current plan is that they will abide by gravity, which is more just saying they will walk on top of voxels. They will be able to climb 1 or 2 voxels in height as well.
