On the right-hand PCB it reads:

Present by K.T.E.C.

This is bad English and can be understood as: 🎁 Gift from K.T.E.C.

Correctly, it would be:

Presented by K.T.E.C.

But the following should be enough (proof):

By K.T.E.C.
