Automatically add / if the URL doesn't have a path component in the representative h-card discovery/authorship/etc.

Example

https://fireburn.ru -> https://fireburn.ru/ (without path it doesn't make sense)
https://fireburn.ru/api/micropub - don't add trailing slash, since it already has a path
