Description
When user goes first time to Helm Releases or Extensions list views, the whole page is being rerendered. This causes some unnecessary flashes on the page.

Expected result
On the first visit only necessary components reload, not the whole page.

Actual result
On the first visit to Helm Releases or is list views the whole page reloads.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to any different view than these two
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Go to Helm Releases or Extensions list view
