feat: use random names or avoid duplicate names for the SP #29

Feature Request

As done in the other providers (AWS, GCP), the service principal name should be unique, or warn the user that another SP with the same name exists.

The AzureAD module 2.x has this flag prevent_duplicate_names that could be leveraged. Or else, generate random SP name
