Feature Request

Integrate langchain_voyageai and create a VoyageAI Rerank component.

Motivation

Rerankers improve RAG significantly. Voyage AI provides a very sophisticated reranker, rerank-2.

Your Contribution

My PR adds a VoyageAI rerank component and the VoyageAI icon. It also puts rerankers into their own folder on the sidebar.
