no just script exists for enabling MacBookPro 16,1 DSP audio

we drop the wav files for the DSP tuning and as of today we install the required dependent packages and plugins, but we leave the pipewire config for the DSP disabled because it's something end users need to be aware they're enabling (adds a little complexity to the sound stack). A just command to enable it would walk users through this.
