Multiple warnings related to supervisor.addons.options in HA supervisor logs

I'm not sure this is an issue or not, but I'm using v2.3.6 of the addon in

Core: 2024.11.3
Supervisor: 2024.11.4
OS: 13.2

My supervisor logs are full of this every 5 minutes or so:

Last full backup was 2 days ago and the backup process itself appears to be working.

I should add that the configuration options page in the addon is blank, but when I click the 3 dots and select to view the YAML I get this:

The external config was removed a few versions back and everything is setup inside the addon now. You can remove all these from the config, it will make those warnings go away.

How exactly should I go about deleting that config? I tried deleting it in the addon YAML view ie here:

but when I clicked "Save" and restarted the addon it all came back again and 5 minutes later I got the same string of warnings.

Is there someplace else it's stored?
