Could you please press windows + r on your keyboard, then enter winver into the run box and press enter? I need a screenshot of the version at the top of the window.

For example:

Same issue, for me, I had to go back in time until TwitchDownloaderGUI-1.52.8-Windows-x64 for it to open.

Are you able to provide the error message in English?

I was able to find information about the error online via the error code. Its likely that your windows system files are corrupted. Try running the following commands inside an administrator command prompt, then restart windows and try opening TwitchDownloader again:

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
sfc /scannow

I had this problem before. To "fix" it, I just deleted the Desktop shortcut and created a new one from the root folder opening the "TwitchDownloaderWPF.exe".
The original shortcut was trying to open another .exe file, and it all happened after I tried to update the downloader from one version to another (unfortunately, I don't remember the specific version)

@WidgyAinz Please see if this workflow build fixes your problem: github.com/lay295/TwitchDownloader/actions/runs/5920180947?pr=796
