Hotfixes - Cannot deselect the 'Reference' option in the 'Duration' drop-down

Observed behavior

If I change the value of the Duration drop-down to 'Reference' then I'm no longer able to set it back to 'Exact time to complete' or any of the other options.

Expected behavior

All drop-down options should be available.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Upload an audio/video file
3. Change the Duration value to 'Reference' and then attempt to change it to something else.
