Observed behavior

Incorrectly displayed metadata values for Level: CommonMetadataStrings.professional and CommonMetadataStrings.workSkills in the details of a resource

Note that all Level metadata values are not displayed correctly in Kolibri:

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
  2. Go to the channel editor and fill in the Level metadata for a resource
  3. Go back to the channel editor and view the details of the resource

@pcenov @marcellamaki Seems like we should also add an issue for the display problem in Kolibri, shown in the screenshot?

Yeah, would be nice to get that into the next patch if at all possible! Those random alphanumeric strings are not very meaningful to anyone!
