We can use this issue to brainstorm.
Things we would like to achieve:

  • users can seamlessly change between a variety of base RL algos (from SB3) that would be coded as OutputHeads
  • model-based auxiliary losses / plugins can easily be added to the Base
  • support for some popular model-based pluggins
  • find proper way to decouple state representation from policy learning
