After restart nothing changed

I am on ios 18, iPhone 14 Pro Max, just installed nugget and everything works as it should. However, when modifying the tweaks i want it all lets me, but when i click save tweaks and the phone restarts, nothing actually stays. Everything is the same as before nugget was installed.

Restarted everything, i have an update. After the phone restarted from the changing of tweaks, adding apple intelligence, old photo UI, changing carrier logo and name, and madusa. Phone then had the welcome screen as if it was a new phone. It then went through the whole setup skipping a few steps and is now stuck on the restore from icloud with "Time Remaining: Estimating...".

hey bro, was the same 5min ago with my phone.
I really risk it and turned it off while restoring the iCloud backup.
luck was on my side, so the setup screen normaly like before returned and I ran through it again.

VERY IMPORTANT:
If the device asks you about if u want to keep the current iCloud and settings configuration, or do you want to change something of it, CKLICK CUSOMIZE SETTINGS OR CONFIGURATION, at least called something like that. after clicking it, it asks u if u want to restore from cloud, .. ... .. . BUZT U NEED TO CHOOSE ,,RESTORE NOTHING''. after that u are ready to use ur device again, after just 2-3 coffin steps.

BUT THE PROBLEM THAT THE PHONE RESTARTS AND THE SETUP SCREEN DOSENT SHOW UP IS ALSO WITH ME. REALLY TRIED TODAY EVERYTHING AND THE ONLY TIME IT WORKED WAS NUGGET VERSION 1.2.0 or so.
did only changed my locksvcreen clock. meh ://
