The file won’t run windows powershell

When I try to run the app on windows powershell I try to run it but it just closes wi the out adding a file to my downloads so I try the administrator version and it still doesn’t work

if you are talking about jitterbugpair then copy the jitterbugpair.exe file (make sure when you copy its in the same folder with libwinpthread-1.dll) then enter terminal and paste
