add SASS-based visual themes and some 'kitchen sink' pages #10

On the UI (visual) side, use SASS to develop some example visual themes (styles). Maybe add a set of 'kitchen sink' pages to demo all of the Ionic components (with the chosen theme).

Work in progress: customizable SASS styles/themes are partially implemented, and the kitchen sink pages will be there in due course.
