`rolectl list instances` should color-code instances #47

It would be very useful if (on terminals that support color) we displayed the list of instances with color-coding based on their status:

Default color: Ready-To-Start
Green: Running
Yellow: Transitional State (Deploying, Decommisioning, etc.)
Red: Error

sgallagher added the Nice-to-have label
