Game video intros are always broken

What happens?

You can barely see whats the intro video
What should happen?
Enjoy the show

What hardware and operating system are you running PPSSPP on? GPU might matter if it's a graphical issue.
All ARM Mali GPU's didnt test x86/64

I had a similar issue here which was fixed in a later commit:

It's working fine for me now.

As Retrowertz was telling me on discord, the problem happens if you compile the core with msys2.
Buildbot version compiled with msvc is fine.
Just verified it locally, and that's it.

I don't have this issue on tekken 6 with ppsspp-libretro compiled on Gentoo Linux from dbbe316

Why don't you compile it and see if the issue exists in the new version?
