刚刚用 Apparency 检查发现 Notarization 公证内容缺失：

只要没有公证，就一定会被 GateKeeper 刁难。
macOS 15 的话，此前的 GateKeeper 的禁用方式完全不适用，新的禁用方式得用命令行、且每次只能生效几分钟。
