Dokku v0.3.21 does not list the pm2 plugin. #3

As per the title, when installing the dokku-pm2 plugin with the latest version of dokku, the options do not output in the regular dokku help (assuming they are supposed to). Also the commands when executed do not seem to do anything. Does this work for you on the latest dokku?
