This is likely due to some conflict with the Shift-JIS text encoding used by DTXManiaNX and the OS language encoding which I presume is Korean language. Can you attach a sample dtx with Japanese name/title including the ghost files for me to test?
It's a Korean user.
This is a problem that occurs when you play songs with the title of the song and the artist's name in Japanese.
It plays normally on the first play, but if you choose the same difficulty level of the same song again, you'll get this problem.
The temporary solution is to access the folder of the song
.hiscore.bs.ghost
.hiskill.bs.ghost
.lastplay.bs.ghost
.scores.ini
