Full screen - can't add users from profile item window

go to Settings -> Template Document
click on full screen
click on item (profile item showed)
there is no plus button to add users to the item

@AvrahamO when selecting an office for the template document, when the office has more than 2 people that are added to the template document, exiting and re-entering the template document, a +x button shows up

in this case 2 people were added, so it shows +2:
