add support for ansible-core 2.16 Use `ANSIBLE_COLLECTIONS_PATH` if possible, otherwise, fallback on the older `ANSIBLE_COLLECTIONS_PATHS` which is now deprecated. Signed-off-by: Rich Megginson <[email protected]>
