Errors on Export

Hi there!

When you export a file, it can not be opened in Excel. We have had a few different reports of this today, and I wanted to pass it along. Multiple browsers.

Hello guys, anything new on this error ? Trello export to Excel does not work on Chrome. An xls file is created, however the file cannot be read by excel and only some vestigial data is being exported.

I ran into this problem a few weeks ago and it seemed to be related, for us, to code markdown or lack thereof in comments in cards. That seems to corrupt the excel file - Note that I was able to open the corrupted (non-repaired) excel file with OpenOffice and narrow it down to a group of cards (where the data seems to disappear). Then by a process of trial and error I updated comments with javascript quoted but not in proper markdown and it appears to have solved the problem.
