Plugin not in filters list

Hello, possibly a similar problem to SwampPig's #327. The plugin is missing from from my filters list too. I've used latest OBS (standard install, Windows) and latest plugin installer, and copied the plugin files to obs-studio directory. My filters list all look audio (3-Band Equaliser, Compressor, etc), so maybe I'm looking in the wrong list.

@MagicaNexus Can you file another issue with filling the template?

@Babizinho according to your logs in the other issue the plugin never attempts to load (can't see the DLL trying to load)
So i suspect the file is simply in the wrong directory. This is possible since Windows has potentially few locations from which it would take plugins (depends if OBS was installed for a user or for "everyone")
Also the filter will not be in the Audio/Video filter list - it will only show up in the "Effect filter" list.
