Pre-made prompt the simply send selected text without prepending a pre-made prompt

About 99% of the time when I want to send a block of text to my LLM, I want to do it with a custom prompt. This unfortunately requires me to go into the command pallet and select "Apply ad-hoc custom prompt" and then enter the prompt. I know I can create a custom prompt that's basically blank, however selecting that prompt is an extra step. It would be great to have a command in the command pallet that sends what's selected to the LLM without any pre-made prompt attached to it.

If this feature already exists, please let me know.

How about adding it in the right-click menu as "send selection to Copilot Chat"?

Seems what you are asking can be simply copy-paste the selection to the chat input and hit enter? Or is it that being able to have a shortcut assigned for sending selection to chat what you are after?

I suppose I'm just trying to keep my actions within the editor window, quick keyboard usage through the command pallet.

Is adding an item to the right click menu something that's part of Obsidian or your plugin?

Part of Obsidian API. This ask is a subset of "Add custom prompt as 1st-level commands in command palette", correct?
