It is not possible to configure vee-validate i18n fallback locale.

Describe the solution you'd like

vee-validate configure function could take in fallbackLocale parameter

Currently i am overwriting generateMessages function to use project global i18n translation function. Which already has fallback support. However it works well only if you don't have parameters inside translations.

Sounds reasonable, I will tag it as an enhancement for next release.
